Building B at Pavilion Towers, which consists of two buildings along Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, had been without hot water since Feb. 11, said the tenant association president, Janise Afolo. Heated water, albeit lukewarm, began flowing again on Sunday, she said.
“The residents are telling me that the water situation has improved,” Afolo told NJ Advance Media. “But the water is not hot. It’s just warm. It’s lukewarm. So it’s not like they can take a nice, relaxing shower.”
