The character, who was played by Callum Kerr, was bumped off by a mysterious killer outside The Dog In The Pond last month, shortly after his violent and controlling behaviour towards boyfriend John Paul McQueen (James Sutton) was revealed to the village.
In the wake of the revelations, the McQueens decide to get rid of all of George s stuff following his death – keen to erase any trace of him now that they know what he d been putting John Paul through over the past year.
