He had what this trial Philip Chisholm showed no emotion at a sentencing hearing. That infuriated colleens family as he urged judge david slowing to structure a sentence in such a way that chisholm would never again see freedom even though life no processes for teenagers is now unconstitutional. From the bench it appeared the judge lowered agonized over the sentence after setting court that there is no right sentence in a case like this.
