LISBON In county Municipal Court, a March 22 preliminary hearing was set for Jamie Tice, 20, East Sixth Street, Salem, charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for allegedly striking his mother, Kristie Tice, in the eye on March 8 during an argument.
Mark A. Walton, 55, Crawford Road, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of having a weapon while under a disability and aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to kill Cinthia Hannan while holding a handgun, which caused Hannan and her family to flee from the home in fear. Walton was also fined $250, credited with a day in jail and sentenced to an additional 59 days in jail for violating a protection order for interfering with the home where Danise Moore was staying, by writing a letter to another person informing that person to occupy the home until he could return, change the locks and dispose of property.

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - “It’s pretty frightening living in the city right now, and working in the city,” Scott Fox said.
People who live and work in the Uptown area are on edge. Armed robberies and carjackings are happening in the middle of the day.
“This crime is out of hand,” Fox said.
The NOPD has now linked six armed robberies and carjackings to the same three people, one of them a juvenile. They say the violent crime spree started on Nov. 25 on Toledano Street, where they robbed someone at gunpoint.

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - 20-year-old Marvin King was arrested on Monday in connection to six robberies that occurred from the Lower Garden District area to the East Riverside neighborhood.
King admitted to participating or being present at the robberies and provided details to investigators after his apprehension.
