Deputies said an armed burglary suspect was shot by a Saline County man returning home Tuesday when he saw the suspect draw a weapon as he left the man’s house.
The teen who is also being charged with arson, abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence is being held without bond, according to the sheriff's office.
