Cape Town – More ratepayers allegedly blocked by the City from sending email complaints have come forward, prompting a mass complaint to the mayor over unjust administrative action.
This after STOP COCT administrator Sandra Dickson lifted the lid on the City’s blocking of ratepayers’ emails ‒ deemed to be complaining too much about service delivery ‒ after her and Mike Haynes’s emails were blocked last year.
Durbanville resident Adele Pote, who was also blocked, said they were preparing to lodge a complaint to the City and were expecting more ratepayers to come forward.
