Sadly, bella hasnt been seen for several months and the consensus is that bella has passed on. Bella brought joy to this Beautiful Community in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains and the tughill plateau region. She was the village mascot and symbol of reciprocity of kindness. Constitution day, september 17. His is 45 minutes. [applause] thank you, ladies and gentlemen. Its a pleasure for know join john in welcoming you to the heritage foundation. And also to the first event in our preserve the constitution series, which we have each year at this time. And which well continue over eight programs starting today and running through november. Ill say more about that later on. Its appropriate, i think, that we begin our series on preserving the constitution by observing Constitution Day, which, as you know, is the 17th of september. This sunday. Commemorating the day when in 1787 the representatives of 12 states signed the original document and then sent to the states for ratification. I believe that my opinion this date, Constitution Day, in terms of the historicaled a seedence to our country, is second only to the fourth of july. His is half an hour. Mr. Crowley we were told during the campaign not to take president bannon, im sorry, President Trump, seriously or literally. But hes follow through on most extreme Campaign Promises he made. Quite frankly, we have to take him seriously and literally at everything hes doing. That dwarfs the number of g. O. P. Lawmakers in bot

Which is to look at all activities that russia might have taken to alter or influence the 2016 elections in the United States. We take that very seriously. Its not something that can be done quickly. And when you look at our committee, it is in fact the oversight role that we function in every single day. This is just on a little larger scale. For those that might think or have suggested that this is outside of our expertise, let me remind you, the last public i
