A Danvers man was arraigned from a hospital bed Tuesday, accused of barricading himself in a mobile during a standoff with law enforcement after allegedly shooting a woman.
Sara Grams of Haverhill was on her cell phone when her Jeep allegedly crossed a lane on Route 97 in August, struck one vehicle and then slid into a motorcyclist driven by Austin Willette, 24, of Methuen, who later died at a Boston hospital, police said.
