RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and the Diriyah Gate Development Authority have signed a memorandum of understanding to regulate the country’s mining businesses, Saudi Press Agency reported. Under the MoU, both parties will enhance cooperation in all common fields that serve the various sectors related to regulating mining works in the Kingdom.
The International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC) 2022 has wrapped up in Sydney, with nearly 8000 delegates, from more than 110 countries hearing from over 500 speakers over three massive days.
During the meeting, Al-Khorayef discussed ways of cooperation between the Kingdom and Australia to enhance joint economic, commercial, and investment cooperation, especially in the industrial and mining sectors and the opportunities provided by the two sectors.
