NEWARK, NJ A partnership formed this week between the Newark Public Schools District and The New School’s Parsons School of Design will establish a curriculum guided by sustainability, innovation and inclusivity for students attending the Newark School of Fashion & Design this fall.
The partnership is aimed to leverage Parsons’ education model for students at the Newark school in grades 9 through 12. By teaming up with Parsons, its model will lead the development and design for courses at the Newark school, while also creating a framework for the four-year curriculum.
