This was a scene at the intersection of markley and west main streets in norristown earlier this morning. Police are still trying to piece together exactly what happened. Now, the initial police call for this incident just came in after 11 00 last night. This tractortrailer was reportedly involved in a hitandrun accident hitting several parked cars, as the truck came down markley approaching the inch section with main, sources say there was some sort of officer involved shooting leaving three bullet holes on the driver side of the truck. Again, one person was air lifted to the hospital in an unknown condition, and no id on the person who was taken to the hospital this morning. We

One person is dead, another man in custody after a shootout in the tenderloin district at 10 00 last night. An officer stopped two men shooting at one another at larken street. One man was killed an the other tried to run away but was arrested soon after. We know the officers came upon a gun battle and as a result of that gunfight, we have one person seriously injured and another who died. The officer on scene fired his weapon but didnt hurt anyone. Two weapons where recovered at the scene. Rallies for Trayvon Martin were held in many cities. Two debates, one on Race Relations and the other, the right to bear arms and the stand your ground law. This was the scene in oakland last night where hundreds of protestors chanted and marched through the streets of downtown regarding the zimmerman verdict. This second night of demonstrations turned violent when a waiter was attacked trying to guard a restaurant. Protestors with signs and bull horns filled on to the nimitz freeway stopping traffic.
