Erin Blakely, of Smithfield, recently was promoted to director of social services at Saint Elizabeth Home in East Greenwich. She will manage the social services provided within five residences licensed to provide care to 168 individuals, including Saint Elizabeth Home, a 120-bed nursing and rehab center, and four Green House Homes, each with 12 residents who receiving a nursing home level of care.
