Today, sheriffs deputies were dispatched to the park and told to arrest anyone trying to remove the fences. Its been two and a half weeks since a Police Officer shot and killed sylville smith. The state department of justice is investigating the shooting. Once that investigation is complete, the case will be turned over to Milwaukee County District Attorney john chisholm.
