Alison, several tense hours in this neighborhood, 5, 6 shots fired. Man lay on a young the front stoop, fatally wounded, and the gun man is still out there. I heard what sounded like banging, somebody banging on the storm door. Shatteredullet holes, glass, and police tape mark the homicide scene. I saw two guys running. Richard he was working under the hood of his car just after 2 00 when he heard two men arguing. One man took off, the other pulled out a revolver. I heard the gunshots, about 5, 6 shots. Richard the man ran for cover into this townhouse, bullets flying. When he came back to the door, i heard him scream, mama one time, and then he fell to the ground. I ran over. Investigating a strong chemical smell at this apartment building. It is on warren street. The building has been evacuated. No injuries have been recorded.
