Reporter the Orange County Sheriff Office says a active Homicide Investigation is underway after 20yearold andrew garland was found shot to death in the parking lot of j. C. Penney. Police found 19yearold shot outside j. C. Penney entrance. Garland died at hospital. Deputies say it looked like the car is lengthed to the incident and no one heard any shots fired. Trying to figure out the relationship trying to figure out if it was selfcontained or somebody we should look for. Was a random act. A deputy was inside the store and responded in seconds. This morning were starting out in the 40s and tonight well be down into the 30s for the first time in quite some time so it is cool. We have rain that moved through yesterday and although by the looks of it all the rain is off to the east this morning. Dont let that fool you because there are going to be showers so were going to have a scattered water chance cloudy but cooler will be the big factor. We did manage to get into the 60s yesterday.
