Traditionally, women have been taught to be competitive with one another, because there was such a scarcity of jobs at the top. Now, that’s not the case anymore. The truth is that women raising each other up and channelling the power of collaboration is truly how we can change the equation and take a step towards in the right direction for gender equality.
Recently, Ladiesfund launched a small network of women trailblazers across sectors in Lahore, to complement their growing network across Pakistan Founder of SOS Children’s Villages Pakistan, Souriya Anwar hosted the intimate gathering of dynamic women in her palatial home. The foundation is planning for its first year in Lahore quarterly gatherings hosted by iconic award winners, and to launch its first power lunch in Lahore shortly.
