Insurance giant Sagicor Financial Company (SFC) has announced that it will be getting a new president and chief executive officer for its Sagicor Life Inc. business come January 1, 2021.
Group President and CEO of SFC Dodridge Miller made the announcement on Monday, pointing out that the man who held the position for the past several years, Ravi Rambarran, will be retiring effective December 31, 2020.
Rambarran, who served in several positions with the Sagicor Group, ascended to the position of CEO and President of Sagicor Life Inc. in 2008. He has also served as Director on the Sagicor Life Board since 2008.
In making the announcement of Rambarran’s retirement, Miller thanked him for his 23 years of service to the Sagicor Group of companies, noting his impact on the company’s growth and development in its operations across the Caribbean.
