The North East Minnesota Enforcement and Safety Information System (NEMESIS) is expected to be unveiled at a news conference on Thursday, April 21, at the Spirit Mountain Conference Center, Moosehead Room, at 3 p.m.
The NEMESIS Criminal Justice Data System is designed to provide a central resource for tracking information regarding people, incidents and cases through the criminal justice system. It is northeastern Minnesota s local response to the Minnesota CriMNet model, which was developed to connect local and statewide criminal and juvenile justice systems to make information available to strengthen public safety in Minnesota.
