Damac Properties has announced that work is in full swing on its branded tower Safa One de Grisogono Dubai with the superstructure works set to begin in Q1 2024 and top out by Q4 2025. The fit-out of the sea-view apartments will be completed by Q4 2026.
Damac Properties has awarded the main works package worth AED500 million ($136 million) for the Safa One de Grisogono project in Dubai to United Engineering Construction Company. The project will boast two towers featuring luxury and super-luxury floors.
