A chp officer recovering after a car plows into him on abe area freeway. That happened just after 6 last night on highway 4 near port chicago highway. Chp officer on a motorcycle stopped to help. Thanksgivings when he thats when he also became a victim and another car came along and smashed into the scene of the crash.
