Dezerland, the long-awaited new FEC at Orlando, Florida, opened last week for locals to preview its long list of attractions. Dezerland Park, with its 800,000sq.ft of indoor amusements and the longest indoor dual go-karting track in the state, also has a huge arcade and a 12-lane tenpin bowling centre. It is located on International Drive, the tourist hub of Orlando. It also houses The Auto Experience, the largest privately-owned collection of cars in the world, spanning 250,000sq.ft and becoming Florida’s largest indoor attraction. Powered by a Sacoa cashless system, Dezerland was officially opened amid a fanfare of local publicity. The company is a partner in the venture. Sacoa’s Sebastian Mochkovsky said: “We are giving the locals a chance to get a first preview of some of our attractions. While we gear up for a full opening next year, this gives us a chance to offer a new fun experience for Orlando people to enjoy in the holiday season.”
