The investigation was conducted by Toby Tiner Jr., a licensed investigator who spent months interviewing those involved in dispute between Town Manager Timothy Kane and some members of the fire department.
Over the weekend, a fire official circulated a document, signed by dozens of Sabattus residents, expressing a loss of confidence in Town Manager Timothy Kane. But some at the Tuesday night meeting commended Kane for slowing growth at the fire department.
