The State Government through the Sabah Youth and Sports Ministry’s Youth Leadership Incubator has introduced the Sabah Maju Jaya Fellowship Programme as one of the strategies to provide exposure and build the potential and skills of youths.
The programme also aims to provide opportunities to selected youths through qualification screening to receive direct guidance from the Cabinet and the top management of the Ministry in Sabah.
The Sabah Maju Jaya Fellowship Programme will be assigned as a mentee to the Cabinet for at least six months to be given career exposure, including the management of a ministry and policy formulation
