Brian . Brian disturbing allegations. The victim is just seven years old, and according to police, this has been happening for 3 years. The suspect is joe niemeyer, he s facing several charges including first degree rape and first degree sexual abuse. Niemeyer was a youth pastor at the new Banklick Baptist church in walton. We talked to the pastor there who said people at the church were stunned by the charges. None of the crimes are believed to have happened at the church. In addition to being a youth pastor, we ve learned niemeyer was also a Foster Parent with multiple foster children. Police say niemeyer admitted the crimes, and that the victim also told police at children s hospital about the abuse. Niemeyer s home.
