Breaks in the cloud cover with mix of sun and clouds this afternoon will allow the temperatures to climb into the upper 50s. Heres a live picture of a boat out in the surf. Someone reported that they were abandoning ship. That led to the discovery of this sinking fishing boat. Its now stuck in the surf, again, out at ocean beach. Brian flores out there as well. Coming up in two minutes. Hes gonna tell us why the boat could be creating a hazard out there.
