In an email to The Repository Friday afternoon, local attorney Paul Kelley stated his client, Lindsey Abbuhl, is a loving mother who cares deeply for this child and whom has gone to incredible lengths to protect her health and well-being. Rylee Abbuhl, 11, was removed from her mom s custody in an emergency action on May 13 by the Stark County Sheriff s Office and social workers with the Stark County Division of Children Services. The latter stepped aside the next day because the child s father Lindsey s ex-husband Jamie Abbuhl had requested, and was granted, temporary custody by Family Court Judge Rosemarie Hall.
