Nick Dravitzki has a test at the Taranaki St Covid-19 testing station, after an Australian tourist who recently visited Wellington went on to test positive for the Delta variant. The man’s travelling companion and partner had now also returned a positive result. The couple visited several inner-city locations between Saturday, June 19, and Monday, June 21. “It’s clear we are not out of the woods yet. More testing and more results are required for us to be confident in making a decision to lower alert levels,” Hipkins said.
