North Norfolk community shop campaign steps forward

The cash has been awarded to Bodham and Beckham Community Shop Project by the Hopkins Plunkett Communities Scheme, a partnership between house builders Hopkins Homes and national charity the Plunkett Foundation which provides practical advice, support and training to new and established community businesses.

Great Ryburgh gets village Christmas tree thanks to grant

Ryburgh Village Shop has received a grant from the Hopkins Plunkett communities scheme which has allowed them to install a village Christmas tree. The tree provides a centrepiece for the town’s celebrations and is normally sponsored by local businesses, but this year is funded by the scheme from national charity the Plunkett Foundation and housebuilder Hopkins Homes. Ryburgh Village Shop received a grant to install a village Christmas tree outside their shop.
