Published May 8, 2021, 11:07 PM The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) said Saturday, May 8, that six Memoranda of Agreement have been signed among higher education institutions (HEIs) in the Bicol region to pave way for the sharing of faculty resources through the adjunct faculty system and ensure the delivery of quality education to Bicolanos. Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT) and Sorsogon State University (SSU) on Industrial Technology -DEBESMSCAT and Camarines Norte State College (CNSC) on Environmental Science -DEBESMSCAT and Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) on Crop Science and Environmental Science

CHED-PSC partnership to formulate unified tertiary sports development program for higher ed

QUEZON CITY, March 11    Sports education in higher education institutions (HEIs) will enjoy an added boost with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), which will upgrade the skills of tertiary coaches, trainers and faculty members by providing short courses, trainings, accreditation and licensing. Photo from CHED This cooperation was forged through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement between CHED Chairman J. Prospero E. De Vera III and PSC Chairman William Ramirez on 10 March 2021. The Commission, together with PSC, will also formulate a unified tertiary school sports development program to ensure that the HEI’s Sports Development Plans are aligned with the national sports agenda and benchmarked with international standards.

(Contributed photo) CALOOCAN CITY, Jan. 21 (PIA) -In partnership with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST), state-run Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) launched the LandBank Mastercard Prepaid Card (LMPC) for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Program on January 15, 2021.
