One man dead after officer-involved shooting in College Station

COLLEGE STATION, TX â One man is dead after an officer-involved shooting at a College Station business overnight Thursday.
The incident happened in the 1300 block of Earl Rudder Freeway.

The College Station Police Department says one suspect was shot around 1 a.m. That suspect later died from their injuries. No officers were injured in the shooting.

BRAZOS COUNTY, TX â One man is dead after an officer-involved shooting at a College Station business overnight Thursday.
The incident happened in the 1300 block of Earl Rudder Freeway.
It had been 9 years since the department has had an incident involving an officer shooting.
âThis is very much an ongoing active investigation. What we released early this morning was at about 1 a.m. today, January 21, there was an officer-involved shooting, said Officer Tristen Lopez with the College Station Police Department.
Police say there was an ongoing investigation into 33-year-old Ryan D. Stallings of College Station when investigators suspected suspicious activity.
