KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety (KDPS) has identified the victim of a deadly hit-and-run involving a motorcycle, according to an article by MLive Monday.
The crash took place just before midnight last Friday in the 600 block of East Michigan Avenue. The driver of the motorcycle, a 26-year-old Kalamazoo man, was found unconscious and not breathing on the scene. He later died of his injuries.
Police say the driver and other occupants of the car fled on foot before police reached the crash site.
KDPS Public Information Officer Ryan Bridges told MLive on Monday that the motorcycle driver has since been identified as Ryan Wesley Revis. There is no information about the suspects at this time.

KALAMAZOO, MI – Police have released the name of a Kalamazoo man killed in a hit-and-run motorcycle crash on Friday.
Ryan Wesley Revis, 26, died after a motorcycle crash just before midnight Friday, April 23, Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety Public Information Officer Ryan Bridges said.
The crash involved Revis’ motorcycle and a silver Chevrolet Impala, Bridges said, and occurred in the 600 block of East Michigan Avenue. Officers found Revis unconscious and not breathing. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
People in the other vehicle fled the scene on foot before police arrived, police said. There is no suspect information to release at this time, Bridges said.
