cornell, just a last word. because after this discussion we re going to be talking about the hurricane. isn t the hurricane, what we know what is about to happen to florida, what happened to houston, texas, the anxiety in new orleans over pumps that haven t been working, isn t that something by the other name of infrastructure? isn t that something that is in normal times would be a slam-dunk through both houses of congress? it would be, brian. the idea that our major urban areas right now, our infrastructure is so poor, that quite frankly, we can t evacuate efficiently our cities because of our infrastructure. this should be something that s bipartisan. this is something that all parties come together. once upon a time in this country, republicans and democrats, they did infrastructure bills. now all of a sudden we can t do infrastructure bills because of partisanship. i would love to sort of hear what congressman shays ideals come to pass here, and for speaker ryan to reach across
