It s planned to go on 32 acres on the east side of Concord Road just south of Veterans Memorial Parkway. County commissioners approved rezoning the property Monday, and that allows for the construction of duplex homes. Single-family homes would also be allowed. Area Plan Commission Assistant Director Ryan O Gara said projects like this allow a more affordable way to become a homeowner.
