The family of anti-abortion activist Mark Houck is suing the Justice Department for $3.25 million in damages for "substantial emotional distress" they faced when he was arrested at gunpoint by the FBI.
The Houcks are being represented by Graves Garrett, a Kansas City-based law firm with the support of 40 Days for Life, the national pro-life organization with which Houck has been a long-time volunteer.
