VIGAN CITY, Mar. 10 (PIA) - - The first and second batches of recipients of the Ilocos Sur Capital Assistance Recovery Program for Entrepreneurs (Ilocos Sur CAREs) of the provincial government, in partnership with the Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperatives (NSCC), have received their financial loan assistance.
The first batch, which was composed of 11 Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the province, received their assistance in November last year while the second batch, which was composed of 12 OFWs, received their assistance Tuesday at the Provincial Capitol, here.
During the first distribution, a total of P175, 000.00 loan assistance was awarded to the beneficiaries while on Monday, a total of P230, 000.00 was distributed to the said number of recipients.
