In the excel your district. School put on lock down and nobody could enter the building. There are 4 victims. One is a girl who was shot in the upper part of the body apparently. She has life threatening injuries. Three male shot in the lower extremity and noncritical injuries. Police first arrived on the scene they thought there might be an active shooter in the school. Officers respond medley they thought this was an active shooter because they saw the victims inside the school. Medley started to do a search by search. Medley look for the suspect. Might still be in the school shooting. Found out after the fact it didnt happen inside the school but happened outside the school. Extra security. Extra grief counseling for the studentsal school tomorrow. Shooting went on here in the parking lot or near the stairs. I saw people running through the hallway. I thought it was a joke or prank. I saw people running insidede t. It was so hectic. I wanted to move and my body wasnt moving. Reporter everyone ran into the school where they put june jordan and neighboring areas on lock down. We went under the desk and then she came back to tell us to move to stay away from the windows. Reporter police meantime did a room by room search of the entire building and quickly learned no one else was in danger. This was not just a random shooting. The suspect didnt come here to randomly shoot at the students that were here. Still the reality of whats happened is making some students nervous. Questions my safety.
