Ryan Ip is the head of Land and Housing Research at Our Hong Kong Foundation. He is a regular commentator of the city’s land supply and housing policy at seminars, in print and in interviews. He holds a Master of Science in economics from the London School of Economics and is also a chartered surveyor.
