Major Jonathan Taneo, the CDEU head who led the buy-bust operation on Panganiban Street in Barangay Pahina Central, identified the suspects as Shelljay Centino Cuyno and Dennis Centino, both 24 and residents of Barangay Ermita. The suspects were to deliver 125 grams of shabu, without knowing it was a legally-permissible test-buy operation.
