The 249-room Anchorage by the Sea is the 47th hotel in Giri Hotel's portfolio and 24th property in Maine. In the past two years, Giri has acquired four Maine hospitality properties.
The full-service resort was founded in 1913 and has a storied history. Amenities include an 18-hole golf course, onsite restaurant and ski shop, scenic views of the White Mountains and cross-country ski trails.
