Smuggler intercepted with 20,000 pieces of polythene bag in Nyagatare

On Monday, December 6, at about 7pm, Rwanda National Police (RNP) arrested a man identified as Ezra Nshimyumuremyi, 18, in Rwempasha Sector, Nyagatare District with 20,000 pieces of plastic bags that he was sneaking into the country from Uganda.
