　　这是中国援非“万村通”卫星数字电视项目安装的接收天线。2019年5月，“万村通”卢旺达项目竣工，300个村庄的900处公共场所和6000户家庭接入了免费卫星电视。　　卢旺达时任地方政府部长弗朗西斯・卡博内卡表示，“万村通”项目将在卢旺达全国范围内提高电视普及率，帮助卢旺达人了解具有教育意义的全国性和国际性活动及节目，从而帮助卢旺达人开阔眼界，改善生活水平。　　“万村通”项目是2015年中非合作论坛约翰内斯堡峰会提出的中非人文领域合作举措之一，旨在为非洲国家的1万个村庄接入卫星数字电视信号。
