In addition to the Amendment's, another big item on this November's ballot is the seat for Governor in the State General Election, along with the Tennessee House of Representatives .
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – State Rep. Bryan Terry, MD, R-Murfreesboro, is encouraging Rutherford County residents to make sure they vote in the Nov. 8 state and federal general election.
“In the words of former President Thomas Jefferson, ‘We do not have government by the majority. We have government by the majority who participate,’” Terry said. “This still rings true today and we need folks with our shared values to vote.”
Early voting .
Early voting will be through Nov. 3 at nine polling locations in the county for federal, state and local elections in Eagleville, La Vergne and Smyrna.
