MURFREESBORO, TN - The Wedding Dresses Across Decades and Cultures exhibit opened June 2 at the Woman’s Club of Murfreesboro and will continue for only two more weekends and closes on June 18. Oaklands Mansion and the Woman’s Club of Murfreesboro have partnered to bring back the beloved display of historical and multicultural wedding attire.

Younger Years RCA Nashville s Chris Young returned to his alma mater, Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), yesterday (1/27) to help cut the ribbon for the university s new learning lab and live entertainment venue, Chris Young Cafe. In addition to the newly renovated cafeteria, the university unveiled a new Tennessee Music Pathways marker (pictured), honoring Young’s success, as well as an outdoor “Famous Friends” mural paying tribute to Young and other influential MTSU graduates.
