The grounds and exhibits to learn about the lives of escaped slaves, abolitionist, civil war spy and suffragist, Harriet Tubman. Welcome to Harriet Tubmans underground railroad state park. Here we highlight Harriet Tubmans early years. She was born about three miles east of here in the town of madison and spent a lot of time in this area.
