By Cherranda Smith Apr 27, 2021 Jacob Blake’s uncle was among three people arrested by police during a protest on Sunday (April 25) in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Justin Blake and two other men were protesting Rusten Shesky’s, the officer who shot Jacob in the back seven times last August, return to work.  After a district attorney declined to bring criminal charges against Shesky in January, the Kenosha police department announced earlier in April the officer would return to work, and not receive any discipline.  Shesky shot Blake seven times in the back in August of 2020, leaving Blake paralyzed from the waist down.
