Kota Kinabalu: A 48-year-old man, charged with raping his daughter, will go trial on Feb 15-16 this year.
Sessions Court Judge Elsie Primus set the date for the man who maintained his not-guilty plea.
The man is accused of committing incest against the 15-year-old girl between midnight and 1am in May 2020 at a house in Pulau Gaya, near here.

He was charged under Section 376(3) of the Penal Code which carries a jail term of between eight and 30 years and whipping, on conviction.
All the documents pertaining to the case had been served to the man.

Kota Kinabalu: The Sessions Court here fixed April next year for the trial of a youth who was charged with raping his underaged girlfriend.
Judge Elsie Primus set April 19-20 for the trial of the 18-year-old accused during mention of his case on Friday.
The accused allegedly raped the 14-year-old girl in a house at a village in Kota Marudu between 9am and 5pm, between July 1, 2019 and Feb 12 this year.

The charge was framed under Section 376 of the Penal Code, which provides for a jail term of up to 20 years and whipping on conviction.
