The Coroners Office say three people have died. They believe they were a 14yearold girl, a 21yearold man and 48yearold woman. Another man is still hospitalized. Reporter the shooting has stopped traffic cold on interstate 80 backing it up all the way to the macarthur maze. All lanes remain blocked tonight and chp says they will stay that way through the evening commute. It could be one hour, it could be two. Chp telling drivers to avoid the area. They are saying if you can, try and take alternate routes or try to take bart. All of those lanes remain closed at this hour and again chp saying its not totally clear how long it will stay this way.
