OXFORD - Russell Peterson, 81-year-old resident of Oxford and loving husband to Diane Peterson for more than 60 years, passed away peacefully on Jan. 3, 2024, with his loving family by his side.Born in Bridgeport on Nov. 29, 1942, he grew up in Milford where he met his wife in 1958. In 1969 they mov
