7 Florida Day, Weekend Trips Families Must Take This Summer - Tampa, FL - Residents can skip the air fare, long car rides and extended hotel stays in favor of day or weekend trips just a short drive from home.
PANAMA CITY BEACH Even as the COVID-19 pandemic raged through 2020, the local environmental protection group Keep PCB Beautiful was able to reach its goal of finding people to adopt every beach access in the city.
Every public beach access along Panama City Beach’s 19 miles of coastline was adopted by individuals, groups and businesses by the end of the year. And what do you do after you meet a goal? You set a new one, said Kim Christian, spokeswoman for Keep PCB Beautiful, in a recent news release.
The nonprofit organization, which is affiliated with Keep America Beautiful, will implement a new program for 2021 We Noticed. The campaign will provide a monthly recognition for businesses and residences that show exceptional maintenance or beautification of their property.
