Chea'von Moore, of Louisville, Kentucky, was identified as the 24-year-old victim fatally shot outside Jefferson Community and Technical College/Technical Campus.
Louisville police said the shooting outside the Jefferson Community and Technical College/Technical Campus was unrelated to the earlier shooting at the Old National Bank.
